We collaborated with the Visualization and Explorative Data Analysis Group of Prof. Kai Lawonn at FSU Jena on the “GraVis” visualization tool our simulations. Lawonn’s student Simon Lieb developed a visualization application designed to explore the time-dependent development of magnetic fields in neutron stars. GraVis is showcased in a YouTube video and presented in the paper Time-Variant Vector Field Visualization for Magnetic Fields of Neutron Star Simulations.

GraVis is available open source.
